I left a perfectly good IT career in 2006 because the paycheck was great and my heart was calling me somewhere else entirely.
Since 2001, personal development had been my obsession — the books, “The Law of Attraction”, the seminars, the endless hunger to understand what makes people grow. For 8 years it was my passion. I wanted to make it my life.
I grew up with very little money. Every coaching session I delivered in those early years carried the weight of that — the desire to build something real, something that would last. The clients came slowly, then steadily, then in waves.
The day I hit $10,000 a month I sat alone and let it sink in. That number meant something most people will never fully understand. It meant freedom. Real freedom. I had done the thing I was told was impossible
I met business partners who painted a dream — a million-dollar coaching empire, packed events, a team under our brand. I believed every word. We spent tens of thousands on marketing, thousands on our look, an expensive hotel. Six people showed up. Standing in that empty room, I finally saw the
truth — it was all smoke and mirrors
I walked away with nothing. No money. No confidence. No identity. I was in debt.
I rebuilt from scratch. Slowly. Authentically. Back to $10,000 a month. Then $50,000 a month.
Over 14 years, I served 10,493 clients, delivered 324 trainings, ran 49 live in-person workshops, and wrote 5 books. I built something I was genuinely proud of.
I had everything I’d ever wanted. A thriving business. Two sea-view apartments bought with cash. Financial freedom. Real success by every measure
And I sat there wondering — is this it?
I should have felt happiness, but I felt stressed and under pressure. Each month felt like a battle — would I hit the monthly goal or not? The business was running me instead of the other way around.
That question sent me on the longest journey of all — figuring out who I actually was, separate from the business I’d built and the brand I’d become.
In 2022, geopolitical events destroyed the market I’d spent 14 years building. In one day — my 12 – person team, my programs, my clients — gone. Another rebuild. Another beginning
This time something was different. I had enough. I had savings. I had options. For the first time in my life I could choose what I wanted to do — completely free from financial pressure
What I discovered through all those years of building, losing, and rebuilding — is that I’m built to be the power behind a coaching business, not the face of one.
The backend, the systems, the strategy, the funnels, the operations — that’s where I come alive.
And there’s something else I discovered about myself: I absolutely love one-on-one conversations. The intimate connection. Sitting with someone’s real story, understanding what’s actually going on in
their business, finding the thing that moves the needle.
So that’s what I do now.
I partner with coaches who are great at what they do — and handle everything they don’t want to deal with, so they can focus entirely on the work that lights them up.
If something on your plate needs handling — let’s chat.
